Chapter 1446 Hot Spring Inn (Part 1)
Chapter 1446 Hot Spring Inn (Part 1)
That day, Hiroshi learned about a hot spring hotel from somewhere and happily drove there with his family over the weekend.
As the car drove along a forest road, looking around, Misae asked, somewhat puzzled, "Aren't we there yet? What's that hot spring you mentioned?"
"We're almost there at the wet hot springs, aren't we?" Hiroshi said with a smile, but his eyes remained fixed ahead; he dared not be distracted at this moment.
"What a strange name, and I've never heard of it before." Misae frowned upon hearing the odd name.
Hiroshi explained with a smile, "This is a secret soup that only insiders know about. It must be a good inn full of local flavor!"
"A country bumpkin's inn?" Shin-chan curiously leaned closer to look at Hiroshi.
Mingxu shook his head and said, "It's not a country bumpkin inn, it's rustic." Xiaoxin scratched his head, not sensing anything unusual.
Hiroshi said confidently, "Trust me, my intuition is never wrong. Hey, is that it?" At that moment, a house appeared in front of them. Hiroshi parked the car in front of the house and got out with his luggage.
Looking at the hotel in front of them, everyone asked uncertainly, "Is this really the place?"
“This is it.” Mingxu pointed to the sign above: “It says ‘Wet Hot Springs Poland Hotel’.”
"That's true." They looked in the direction Mingxu was pointing and nodded in agreement.
"A run-down hotel," Shin-chan muttered, looking at the hotel.
"A wet, hot spring-themed Polish hotel—just hearing that name makes me not want to come." Misae rolled her eyes at Hiroshi, but still said, "Since we're already here, let's go check it out."
Hiroshi took the lead and went inside. Looking at the scene inside, everyone felt a chill run down their spines and said, "It's so eerie."
Seeing that no one was around, Hiroshi said, "Excuse me, sorry to bother you!"
"They've come." An old woman emerged from the shadows and looked at them.
"Ah! That scared me to death."
"I thought it was a decoration," Hiroshi Misae exclaimed, looking somewhat embarrassed at the old woman.
Shin-chan couldn't help but complain, "It really is dilapidated."
"Alright, stop talking." Mingxu stopped them; it wasn't very polite to say this in front of others.
The old woman ignored their disdain and continued, "Welcome everyone." Then she struck a gong. At that moment, a man ran out of the house and said, "Coming! What's up?"
Hiroshi looked at the other person and said, "We're here to stay."
"Huh? Ah..." The man looked at them, somewhat suspicious.
"I'm Nohara, I've already made an appointment," Hiroshi said helplessly, seeing the other person's suspicious look.
"Ah! Yes, welcome, please follow me." The man was taken aback, then suddenly realized what he meant, extended his hand in invitation, and led them to the room.
Seeing his reaction, Misae remarked, "The boss has probably completely forgotten about it."
"Perhaps..." Hiroshi said helplessly.
"Let's go." Mingxu shrugged.
The group followed.
Upon entering the room and looking at its layout, everyone was speechless: "Is this the best room?"
"It's so small."
"The scenery here is beautiful, look at the scenery," Hiroshi comforted him, then drew back the curtains and saw a rocky outcrop.
Misae looked at him and complained, "The view is really nice. But speaking of which, there's no tea. The service here is really terrible." As soon as Misae finished speaking, Mingxu pointed to the door. Misae was stunned for a moment, then turned her head and saw the owner standing at the door. Her expression immediately became a little awkward.
"Oh, thank you. The air around here must be very fresh," Hiroshi quickly said, trying to ease their awkwardness.
The owner calmly put down the tea: "Yes, please enjoy."
"Thank you." Misae nodded, her face expressionless, though she was incredibly embarrassed.
Hiroshi asked again, "Excuse me, where is the bathhouse?"
The owner calmly replied, "The bathhouse in the hotel is currently broken and cannot be used."
"What!" everyone exclaimed in surprise.
"However, you can use the open-air hot spring," the owner replied again a second later.
Everyone looked at the boss speechlessly and muttered, "Seriously, the boss is really scary."
"Excuse me, is it a mixed bathing facility?" Misae asked uncertainly.
"Yes." The boss nodded calmly.
"Wow! This is what a hot spring should be like! Are there any other guests staying here tonight?" Hiroshi Shin-chan exclaimed excitedly, looking at the owner and asking.
"Like a pretty older sister!"
"Or perhaps a group class for female university students?"
"..." Mingxu silently took a step back, afraid that their blood would splatter on him, and took Xiaokui away.
"Bang! Bang!"
Misae blew on her fist and calmly sat down.
The owner looked at them and calmly shook his head: "You're the only group of guests today, so please make yourselves at home."
Misae was delighted: "Great! May I ask if there are any other larger rooms?"
"Yes, you are the only group of guests today, so please make yourselves at home," the owner nodded.
"Okay! Can you help us change that?" Misae asked again.
"Well, if the guests are willing, then I have no problem with that," the owner said, leading them into another large room: "This is it."
Looking at the large room in front of her, Misae was immediately delighted: "Wow, this is a spacious and beautiful room."
"The scenery is beautiful too." Looking out the window, Misae was even more delighted.
"If only I had stayed in this room from the beginning," Hiroshi remarked.
Hearing this, Misae became suspicious: "Could this be a room that they try not to use? Because the boss just said something weird about it, like if the guests are willing."
"For example, is this room haunted?" Thinking of this, Hiroshi couldn't help but look at the shop owner: "Excuse me, is it possible that this room is haunted?"
The shopkeeper shook his head: "Don't worry, it won't appear in this room. Please get some rest." Without waiting for their reply, the shopkeeper turned and left, closing the door behind him.
Hiroshi's expression froze: "What do you mean by 'not appearing in this room'?"
"So, you mean there really is that thing here?" Mingxu raised an eyebrow, looking it over and wondering if he should turn the screen up to take a look. But then he thought better of it. Nobody said anything, so why should he care?
"There's a ghost! This TV is so weird!" Shin-chan exclaimed, looking at the static on the screen.
Misae and the others were startled and looked over, then breathed a sigh of relief: "It's too old. It's bad for your eyes to look at like this. Let's turn it off."
Hiroshi nodded in agreement: "That's right, that's right. No TV today, no extra services needed. When you come to a place like this, you have to escape from daily life and spend it leisurely. We need to forget the troubles of the world~"
"The idiot in the break room?"
“It’s not about being a good-for-nothing in the tea room anymore, it’s about worldly troubles! Forget it, you wouldn’t understand this kind of thing, let’s not talk about it anymore, let’s go soak in the open-air hot spring!” Guangzhi said, and everyone immediately agreed. They then packed their things and went to the open-air hot spring at the foot of the mountain.
"Wow, the open-air hot spring is amazing."
"Paradise, paradise~"
"It feels so comfortable, like we've booked the whole place."
"Comfortable~"
"How about that? My intuition was spot on, wasn't it?" Hiroshi said with a smile, seeing everyone's satisfied expressions.
"Yes, at least the hot spring is passable. Let's come soak in the hot spring tomorrow morning too." Misae nodded.
"Wow, this feels so good! Being here makes me feel so free and unrestrained!" Hiroshi suddenly climbed onto the rock and stood there excitedly.
"Ah, it feels so liberating~" Shin-chan stood next to Hiroshi with his bare bottom exposed.
