Lin Ruoxue and Xiaoxuan were locked in a dark and damp woodshed, which was filled with a rotten smell. The door of the woodshed was slammed shut, and the sound of locking came from outside. Lin Ruoxue stood up, walked to Xiaoxuan, and hugged her gently. "Xiaoxuan, don't be afraid, Master will find a way." Lin Ruoxue comforted, but there was also a hint of fatigue and helplessness in her voice.

Time passed by, and the woodshed was dark and cold. Xiaoxuan's stomach growled with hunger. She leaned on Lin Ruoxue's arms and whispered, "Master, I'm so hungry..." Lin Ruoxue felt very uncomfortable. She gently stroked Xiaoxuan's hair. "Hold on a little longer, Xiaoxuan." Lin Ruoxue said.

After an unknown amount of time, Xiaoxuan groaned in pain in her sleep. Lin Ruoxue looked at her distressedly, her heart full of guilt. Lin Ruoxue looked at him angrily and said firmly: "You are dreaming! I will not agree to your request."

The bandit leader's face darkened and he said, "Then don't blame me for being rude. I'll give you another day. If you still don't agree, don't blame me for being cruel." After saying that, he turned and left the woodshed, and the door was closed heavily again.

Lin Ruoxue sat in the woodshed, her heart filled with anxiety. She knew that they had to come up with a solution as soon as possible, otherwise the consequences would be disastrous. She looked at Xiaoxuan's frail face and secretly made up her mind to protect Xiaoxuan no matter what the cost.
