"Ruoxue, your piano playing is like the sound of nature, which always makes me forget the troubles of the world." Nangong Yi's voice seemed to still echo in her ears, so clear, yet so distant.

Lin Ruoxue gently stroked the strings of the zither, tears welling up in her eyes. She murmured to herself, "Brother Yi, why are you so cruel to leave me alone?"

"Ruoxue, I know you are sad, but please believe that time will heal everything." Liu Mei's voice was soft but firm.
