Chapter 1164: Make Him Hand Her Over
Chapter 1164: Make Him Hand Her Over
"Where is Ryan Walyon?" His face was frighteningly cold, and as he walked in, he asked everyone he met.
"Mr. Bennet, the young master left home an hour ago and has not returned," a servant said.
Watt Bennet didn’t believe it and continued walking towards Ryan Walyon’s villa.
He arrived directly outside the villa, ignoring the servant’s attempts to stop him, and pushed the door open to enter.
"Mr. Bennet, you mustn’t! This is Master Jimmy Evans’s residence!" One of the servants, a bit flustered, attempted to step forward and stop him but lacked the courage.
Watt Bennet seemed not to hear, searching room by room before heading upstairs.
"Mr. Bennet, what happened? Can you tell us first?" The servant caught up and asked.
Watt Bennet had no intention of responding and continued his search.
After searching the entire villa and failing to find anyone, he turned towards the Walyon family’s main house.
His actions left the servants at a loss.
What on earth happened?
When he came out, other members of the Walyon family had just returned.
He ran into the Old Master at the door, who looked at him with a tense expression.
The Old Master didn’t make excuses for Ryan Walyon; after all, with today’s events, the Walyon Family was in the wrong.
The Old Master felt utterly embarrassed, took a deep breath, and said, "If it’s found out that Jimmy Evans did this, I will have him bring her back to you."
"That would be best." Watt Bennet threw down the words, bent over, and got into his car.
The Old Master watched his car leave, and once it was far enough, he turned his head and gave Bryce Walyon a sharp look.
"Look at the kind of son you’ve raised! All the wonderful things he’s done!"
Bryce Walyon acknowledged his fault and quickly lowered his head.
However, he stubbornly defended Ryan Walyon with a couple of remarks, "Dad, haven’t things been investigated yet? If it turns out to be related to Jimmy Evans, then it’s not too late to scold."
"Two grandsons, not one of them gives a moment of peace, truly!" The Old Master ignored him, turned around, and went inside.
...
After leaving the Walyon family, Watt Bennet stopped his car under a tree and seriously considered where Ryan Walyon might be now.
Not returning to the Walyon family, where else could he go?
Watt Bennet knew besides the Walyon family’s villa, Ryan Walyon had a private residence by the seaside.
Having little hesitation, he drove towards the coast.
Stopping the car under a tree not far from the villa, he silently surveyed the villa.
The villa’s door was tightly shut, and inside was quietly still. He waited outside for several hours without seeing a soul.
By nightfall, when darkness had settled, the villa was pitch-black with no lights turned on.
There was no one inside...
Watt Bennet sat inside his car, absent-mindedly gazing at the completely dark villa, unable to think of any place Ryan Walyon could be other than these two.
Not waiting any longer outside, he drove to the airport to investigate today’s entire passenger list.
Neither Ryan Walyon nor Summer Sutton’s names were there.
As long as the two haven’t gone to the airport, they should still be in Northtown.
But where could Ryan Walyon possibly have taken her?
...
When Summer Sutton woke up, her head was still dizzy, and her neck continued to ache slightly.
She furrowed her brows softly, massaged her sore neck, and opened her eyes, scanning the unfamiliar room.
There wasn’t a single piece of furniture she recognized; she had no idea where she was now.
