Bloody Romance: I, the big troublemaker, Zhong Yuemin!

Chapter 553 should be enough, right?

Chapter 553 should be enough, right?

Zhong Yuemin flicked his cigarette ash and said irritably:

"How about we have your Captain Zhang go in person tomorrow? With your status, I think Liu Jianguo... would be even more willing to drag you down with him."

Zhang Haiyang didn't respond to that, but instead moved closer, sniffing the air with a mischievous glint in his eyes:

"They were up there just now...did they really get things done?"

"Get lost!"

Zhong Yuemin pushed him away.

"You think I'm as easygoing as you? These women are so obedient to Liu Jianguo, they're probably under his control after taking that stuff. Who knows how many sluts they've slept with? If you, Captain Zhang, aren't afraid of getting sick, you can try it next time!"

Zhang Haiyang thought about it and realized that was indeed the case. Besides, Yuemin was not short of women, and it was really not worth risking his life for such a "fallen woman".

"Then why did you slip away like that? And...and leave without saying goodbye?" He asked, puzzled.

"Liu Jianguo has invested so much, and you just run away like this? Aren't you just playing him for a fool? Isn't this a perfect opportunity to get more information out of him and find out what's going on with him?"

"Ocean, oh ocean,"

Zhong Yuemin sighed, his expression one of utter disappointment.

"You call yourself the deputy captain of the criminal investigation team? Don't you have any patience? You can't rush things. Think about it, what kind of business does Liu Jianguo run? He sells that stuff! That's a life-or-death business. If you get caught once, you're dead. So, people like that are more wary and suspicious than anyone else!"

He took a drag of his cigarette and continued his analysis:

"If I don't refuse at all and fall right into his trap, he'll find it strange and suspect that I have ulterior motives, understand? This is called... playing hard to get, do you understand?"

As he spoke, he patted Zhang Haiyang on the shoulder:

"Don't rush. You've been investigating this case for so long, a day or two won't make a difference. Take it slow and let him... actively reveal his flaws."

After listening, Zhang Haiyang nodded thoughtfully.

"You're right... I was too impatient. Well then... you'll have to keep a close eye on things for me. If this case is solved and you make a contribution, the bonus... will be yours!"

"Forget it,"

Zhong Yuemin waved his hand.

"I don't need your two bonus coins. Alright, I'm leaving now, it's freezing in the middle of the night."

The two exchanged a few more words in hushed tones before parting ways at the alley entrance.

Zhong Yuemin did not go straight home, but drove to Liu Jing's apartment building.

He looked up at the familiar window, which was dark, and without any hesitation, quickly went upstairs.

Standing at the door, he knocked. After a long pause, Liu Jing's voice, heavy with sleepiness yet tinged with alertness, came through:

"Who?"

"Me." Zhong Yuemin uttered only one word.

There was a two-second silence inside, followed by hurried footsteps and the sound of a lock being opened. The door opened, and Liu Jing appeared wearing a black sheer nightgown with a low neckline that revealed a patch of snow-white skin. She looked sleepy, and her hair was a little messy.

He probably just got out of bed.

"Yuemin? What brings you here?"

The woman was somewhat surprised, and a little dazed from being woken up, "So late... is something wrong?"

Zhong Yuemin didn't answer. He stepped into the room, slammed the door shut with his heel, and then, like a wolf that had been starving for a long time, he suddenly pulled Liu Jing into his arms and began to "devour" her eagerly, his movements filled with an irresistible restlessness and desire.

"Hey! What...what are you doing?"

Caught off guard by the sudden attack, Liu Jing instinctively placed her hands against his chest.

"You've been drinking? You smell strongly of alcohol... You... you should go take a shower first..."

Zhong Yuemin had no patience at this moment. His passionate kisses, tinged with the smell of alcohol and an indescribable urgency, landed on the woman's lips and neck, while his hands roamed over her body without restraint.

"Oh no... no... not in the living room..."

Liu Jing's body went limp from his kisses, and she could only mumble a protest, "Go...go to the bedroom..."

Upon hearing this, Zhong Yuemin scooped her up in his arms and strode towards the bedroom inside.

More than an hour later...

The bedroom finally returned to calm, the air filled with the scent of sweat, body odor, and an ambiguous atmosphere.

As the wind and rain subsided, the impatience and tension on Zhong Yuemin's face dissipated considerably, replaced by a languid feeling after a hearty meal. Liu Jing, on the other hand, lay softly on his sweaty chest like a pool of spring water, her face flushed, her eyes glazed, and even her breathing languid.

On the ground, their clothes lay scattered haphazardly, silently testifying to the intensity of what had just transpired.

Liu Jing caught her breath, raised her head, and playfully punched the man's chest, her tone carrying a satisfied yet reproachful tone:

"Are you crazy... making such a racket so late at night... you're going to wake up the neighbors... what have you been doing? You've drunk so much..."

Zhong Yuemin didn't hide anything and briefly recounted his trip to Liu Jianguo's bar that night to "scout out" the place.

After listening, Liu Jing propped herself up with her snow-white arms, turned to look at him, and her full breasts swayed, arousing the imagination.

She pouted, looking somewhat unhappy.

"So... you've been provoked and are taking it out on me? No wonder you were in such a hurry... Humph!"

Zhong Yuemin couldn't help but laugh as he looked at the woman's coquettish expression. He reached out and gently stroked her waist, saying, "You're the first person I thought of. You should feel lucky."

As he spoke, he couldn't help but flick his finger...

"Hey! Still making a fuss!"

Liu Jing quickly covered herself, glaring at him with embarrassment and anger, but then nestled back into his arms, her tone softening.

"So... I should thank you properly, right?"

Then, with some concern, he asked:

"This is so dangerous... I've heard that those drug dealers are ruthless killers who don't even blink an eye. Why do you want to get involved in this kind of thing..."

"rest assured,"

Zhong Yuemin held her tightly, his tone resolute.

"I'm just doing some preliminary investigation, helping Haiyang scout out the way. Nothing will go wrong. Don't you know what kind of man you are?"

The two chatted tenderly for a while longer, then Zhong Yuemin suddenly rolled over, pinning the woman beneath him once more, his eyes burning as he looked at her:

"Almost?"

"What's almost done?"

Liu Jing didn't react for a moment, looking at him in confusion. Then, she felt the change in her body and the rekindled heat. The blush that had just faded instantly returned to her cheeks, making her both ashamed and annoyed.

"You...you want to die! It wasn't just now..."

“I still have to go home,” Zhong Yuemin said matter-of-factly, “Let’s get this over with quickly…”

Without further ado, he resumed his actions.

"You...!" Liu Jing was speechless with anger at his "shameless" behavior. She struggled symbolically for a moment, but ultimately it turned into a sigh filled with resentment and even more expectation.

"...scoundrel..."
